Marracash started his career with the rap group Dogo Gang. He debuted as a solo artist in the 2010s, released six studio albums, and entered the top ten Italian album charts, including Santeria (2016) and Persona (2019). The rapper has also released many successful singles and collaborations, scoring 17 times in the top ten of the Italian singles chart. Because of his work, he sold 3 million copies in Italy and became one of Italy’s best-selling rappers in the 2010s. During his music project, he sang and wrote songs with many artists, including Gué Pequeno, J-Ax, Fabri Fibra, Emis Killa, Club Dogo, Baby K and other rap artists, as well as Tiziano Ferro, Giusy Ferreri, Iraq Lisa, Federica Abate and Elodie.

In 2013, he and producer Shablo founded the independent record company Roccia Music, which includes celebrities and newcomers, rappers, producers and DJs.
